We Do not have an on-line shopping facility on this site and therefroe all orders need to be placed either by telephone on 01903 879890 or in person at our shop in Steyning, West Sussex. This way we can talk to you about your ideas, listen to your needs and theme you are trying to create, take your measurements and ensure you are 100% happy with your chosen design.

 

Bespoke service - (special occasion pieces only)

At Lisa Matthews jewellery we are able to offer our customers an extra special bespoke service. This means that we have the facilities and techniques to change the colours of the Swarovski crystal components within our Special occasion designs, ideal for Brides, Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride, Prom girls and other special events. So, you can choose the design you like most from our current special occasion collection and you can have this item made in a matching colour of Swarovski crystal, to your attire, and at no extra cost!. We can only change the colours of the crystals and not of pearls as they are natural materials and come as they are. We do not offer a bespoke service on sale, end of line or imported items (such as Diva and Seychelles collections).

 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase it can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase and exchanged for another item provided the returned item is in a resalable condition. Please bring your receipt as proof of purchase.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for bespoke (custom made) items for ‘change of mind’ as these have been made especially for you to your own specifications.

 

In the unfortunate event a piece should break within 28 days of purchase we will either replace it with a new product (Diva imported collections) or repair the item (special occasion pieces and bespoke pieces made by Lisa Matthews).

 

We cannot accept any returns on earrings for hygiene purposes.

Our returns policy does not  affect your statutory rights.

 

Repairs

 

We rarely are required to carry out a repair on Lisa Matthews designs as each piece is made to a high standard and will last a long time if they are looked after properly. Care does need to be taken when wearing an acessory which has been made by hand and if you follow the 'caring for your jewellery' guidelines you will enjoy your Lisa Matthews jewellery for a long time.

 

It is important to us you can continue to wear your Lisa Matthews jewellery for a long period of time. What sets us apart from most high street shops selling fashion accessories is that we are able to offer you a repair service should in the unfortunate event an accident occur and your jewellery is damaged. If in future your jewellery item is damaged in some way, bring it into our shop for a repair quote. Prices will be quoted according to the length of time an item will take to repair plus any extra materials used during the repair. If you have owned your item for 28 days or less there will be no charge.

 

We regret we do not offer a repair service on behalf of other shops, items purchased elsewhere which are in need of a repair, should be returned to the place they were originally purchased from. This way the originating shop will have better knowledge of how their own unique designs are constructed with access to correct materials etc and Lisa Matthews will therefore have more time to design and create something special for the next time you visit us in Steyning, West Sussex.
